1.1 Customers who purchase anything from this website will by default submit personal information such as the customers’ name, address and email address. Consent to the storage of this information is automatically given as part of a standard buying and selling process. 

1.2 When a customer decides to create an account on the website, the above mentioned is stored alongside additional information which may include the customers’ mobile number, username, and password.

1.3 Information on a customers’ IP (Internet Protocol) address is automatically stored when browsing the website and is used for analytics

1.4 Only when a customer consents to it, promotional emails may be sent from Infinite Recreations on new products, features, or specials.

1.5 When customers leave comments on the site, we store the above information of the customer to track the comment, the customers’ IP address and browser information which assist the administrators with handling spam and other inappropriate content. Any and all comments made on the website are at the user’s own risk. Individual comments made are not necessarily the opinion of Infinite Recreations and the team.

1.6 Customers who wish to make use of the “print by request’ service offered by Infinite Recreations consent to the storing of any image and/ or file uploaded or sent to the Infinite Recreations team. Infinite Recreations will not share or distribute any uploaded images and/ or files without prior consent of the user uploading the image and/ or file.

1.7 Our website uses cookies to assist the customer by storing items added to the cart, and by storing login information for a defined period of time using the “remember me” option. This period of time will not be greater than two weeks. By using our website and agreeing to this policy, you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with the terms of this policy.

This information is readily available to any customer who requests access to it, customers can also access their personal information in the “my account” page and make necessary changes, if any. Infinite Recreations reserves the right to store any information that may be required for administration, legal, or security purposes.

2.2 Comments made on the website are stored indefinitely and are only removed if they are in breach of any policy constituted on this website or if they breach any other legislation.

3.1 Infinite Recreations processes and manages customer information strictly and confidentially. We will not disclose any information to any third party except courier services and third-party payment extensions. These services are required as part of the typical buying and selling process. 5.2 Infinite Recreations makes use of Payfast as a third-party payment service and all customers are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the policies of Payfast

5.3 It should be noted that some third-party extensions may be based and operated outside the general jurisdiction of South Africa, and therefore, some laws may change based on these jurisdictional changes.

6.1 Infinite Recreations will not display paid content from other websites and external parties. If you notice anything, kindly contact us.

6.2 When making use of any link that may be present on InfiniteRecreations.com, such as a payment processing link, the customer will be redirected, and Infinite Recreations is not responsible for the Privacy Policies of any other website.
